FIFA월드컵 2006 독일™️을 앞두고, 나이키 코리아의 의뢰를 받아 만든 디자인. 글로벌 캠페인 '호가 보니투(Joga Bonito, 포르투갈어로 아름답게 연주된다는 의미)'의 한국편으로 선정된 당대 최고의 한국 스타 박지성, 이영표, 설기현, 박주영을 테마로 Joga Bonito Crest를 만들었다. 

Joga Bonito의 로고디자인과 통일성있게 디자인하되 각 선수들의 특징을 더 부각시키고 한국적인 느낌을 가미하도록 디자인했다. 박지성(맨체스터 유나이티드)은 지치지 않는 두개의 엔진(심장)으로 Pure Passion - Heart로 표현했고, 이영표(토트넘 핫스퍼)는 영광 이전에 즐거움 Joy Before Glory - Joy로 항상 웃으며 경기 자체를 즐기는 최고의 윙백을 상징하도록 디자인했다. 설기현(볼튼 원더러스)은 개인보다 팀을 우선시하는 명예를 대표하는 선수-Not Me, Honor For Team - Honor로 팀을 지키는 금강역사로 표현했으며, 당시 떠오른 신예 박주영(AS 모나코)는 상상을 뛰어넘는 재능/기술을 의미하여 Beyond Imagination - Skill로 디자인했다.  

A design commissioned by Nike Korea ahead of the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany™. For the Korean edition of the global "Joga Bonito" (meaning "play beautifully" in Portuguese) campaign, I created the Joga Bonito Crests themed around the top Korean football stars of the era: Park Ji-sung, Lee Young-pyo, Seol Ki-hyeon, and Park Chu-young.

The crests were designed to maintain visual consistency with the original Joga Bonito logo while highlighting each player's unique characteristics and infusing a distinct Korean touch.

Park Ji-sung (Manchester United) is represented by "Pure Passion - Heart," symbolizing his tireless "two engines" (hearts). Lee Young-pyo (Tottenham Hotspur) was designed around "Joy Before Glory - Joy," capturing the essence of a top-tier wing-back who always smiles and truly enjoys the game itself. Seol Ki-hyeon (Bolton Wanderers) is depicted as a Geumgangyeoksa (traditional guardian deity) fiercely protecting his team, embodying "Not Me, Honor For Team - Honor" to represent a player who puts the team above personal glory. Finally, the rising star of the time, Park Chu-young (AS Monaco), was designed with "Beyond Imagination - Skill," signifying his extraordinary talent and technique.
